After your massage I can create a tailored Exercise Plan with a focus on specific muscle groups or a particular condition. By following these exercises at home you can relieve tension and maintain your flexibility between massage sessions.
Each plan consists of up to six short exercises with a clear description and a helpful YouTube demonstration; you receive the plan as an email attachment.
